How much does the Creator Subscription cost?
The Creator Subscription is $19.99/month, billed monthly through your App Store or Google Play account. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. Cancel anytime.
Do I need to be verified first to subscribe as a Creator?
No. The Creator Subscription is completely separate from Individual Verification. You don't need to meet any requirements or get approved - anyone can subscribe. Individual Verification is a community trust badge that requires meeting requirements and passing a manual review. Creator is a subscription anyone can activate instantly.
Can I have both a Creator badge and a Verified badge?
Yes. Creator and Individual Verified are separate programs. You can hold both at the same time. Your verified badge (green checkmark or chosen style) is public and appears on your profile and posts for everyone to see. Your Creator badge is private - only visible to you on your own profile. They operate independently.
How does the post boost actually work?
HAVEN's For You feed uses an algorithm to decide which posts to surface and in what order. The Creator Subscription gives your posts additional weight in that algorithm - they are more likely to appear, and appear earlier, for users who haven't followed you yet. It doesn't guarantee virality, but it meaningfully increases the chances that new people will encounter your content.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel, your Creator Subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your post boost and Creator badge are deactivated. Your account, posts, and followers are unaffected - you just lose the Creator-specific benefits. You can resubscribe at any time.
Can I change my badge style after subscribing?
Yes. Go to Settings → Membership → Creator Subscription and tap your badge to cycle through the options: Crown, Diamond, Star, and Rose. Changes apply immediately and don't affect your subscription status.
How is the Creator badge different from the Verified badge?
The key difference is visibility. The Verified badge (Individual or Business) is public - it appears on your profile and every post for all users to see. The Creator badge is private - only you can see it on your own profile. Verified badges signal community trust through a manual approval process. The Creator badge is a personal marker for subscribers only. Verified badges come in nine styles; Creator badges come in four (Crown, Diamond, Star, Rose).
Is the Creator Subscription available on both iOS and Android?
Yes. The Creator Subscription is available on both iOS (through the App Store) and Android (through Google Play). Billing is managed by your platform's native subscription system - Apple or Google processes the payment, not HAVEN directly.
